Subscriptions
Paid plans can be cancelled at any time. Access generally remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case within 14 days of purchase for unused qualifying subscriptions. Contact billing@shopping.swiftly.tn with your account email and invoice details.
Non-refundable items
Custom development, add-on one-time services, and fully consumed periods are generally non-refundable.
